Concept design development through references pics, sketches or through schematic diagram with the integration of requirement and with 3D drawings or sketch up. Project compliances based on munciple guidelines and building Norms. Material selection and documentation. Preparation of material board Bill of quantity preparation with proper specification and material selection. Working drawings preparation of each area incorporation of detail site survey report and material finishes details Good for execution drawings preparation for site construction purpose. Preparation of detailed Construction activity schedule / PERT chart before construction phase. Regular Site visits and co-ordination with vendors to ensure smooth site execution to achieve efficient and speedy execution of the work. Actual work done analysis/ checking at site regularly during construction phase to ensure quality work as per actual drawing, specification, Budget, within time line and BOQ. Role & responsibilities Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) based on project requirements. Create schematic diagrams and translate them into PCB layouts using CAD software.
