CPU RTL Design Engineer -Staff

You will be working as a Qualcomm Hardware Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems. Your responsibilities will include working on yield, circuits, mechanical systems, Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, equipment and packaging, test systems, FPGA, and/or DSP systems to develop cutting-edge products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to develop solutions that meet performance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leverage advanced Hardware knowledge and experience to plan, optimize, verify, and test critical electronic systems, circuits, mechanical systems, and more. - Integrate complex features and functionality into hardware designs in line with proposals for complex products. - Conduct simulations and analyses of designs, implementing them with the best power, performance, and area. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new requirements and incorporate the latest test solutions to improve yield, test time, and quality. - Evaluate and bring innovation to maximize productivity, ensuring products meet customer expectations and schedules. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering experience. - Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred. - 8+ years of Hardware Engineering experience, with expertise in circuit design, schematic capture, circuit simulation, and hardware design instruments.
