Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Active/valid certified RCM/ONB/RMK professional • Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates. • 6-8 years experience in SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK is a must. • Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset • Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs. • Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative. • Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment. Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus. • SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory. • Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live. • Experience working with international clients at onsite locations. • Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes. • Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation) • Expertise in provisioning system.
