You must hold certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience and Candidate Experience Recruitment Management & Onboarding. It is essential that you have managed at least two end-to-end SF implementations and possess hands-on configuration experience in various areas such as candidate application, requisition templates, offer letter, integration with employee central, and onboarding. Skills in SF EC, SF ONB, and RMK are considered advantageous. Your role will involve building SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions to enhance clients" Recruiting and Onboarding functions, designing, setting up, and testing prototype and production instances, and ensuring seamless integration of all platforms.
