Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Successfactor Learning professional with 8-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Successfactor Learning and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement SAP Successfactor Learning solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Successfactor Learning projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Successfactor Learning tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Successfactor Learning.
Analyze business needs and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP Successfactor Learning concepts and principles.
Experience working with SAP Successfactor Learning modules such as Employee Central, EIP, and LMS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
