Provide

L2/L3 support

for the SAP SD module, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements as per SLA.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in

Sales Order Processing

,

Delivery & Shipment

,

Billing

,

Pricing

, and

Credit Management

.Perform configuration changes and updates in the SD module to support business requirements.Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(MM, FI, PP, and WM) to resolve integration-related issues.Support

month-end and quarter-end closing activities

, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.Conduct

root cause analysis (RCA)

for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.Prepare and review

functional specifications

for developments, reports, and enhancements.Perform

testing activities

(unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support) and manage transport movements to production.Work closely with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide functional expertise.Maintain system documentation, process flows, and change logs in accordance with ITIL practices.Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant in support or AMS environments.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order management, shipping, billing, and returns.
• Hands-on experience in pricing procedures, output determination, partner functions, and credit management.
• Good knowledge of integration points between SD and other modules (FI, MM, and PP).
• Experience in resolving billing, pricing, and invoice-related issues in live systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD (Fiori apps, Business Partner, new credit management) is an advantage.
