Mandatory Skills:

8-10 years in SAP Retail Knowledge of Business process across, Fashion, Health and Hard goods and Food

1. Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects and designing solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
3. Should have good Experience in Retail Master data like Merchandise hierarchy, Article hierarchy, Article master, Article categories and site master etc.,
4. Should have good Experience in Assortment & Layout Management, Pricing & Valuation.
5. SAP WM functional configuration experience should include setup of new warehouse organization structure, placement and picking strategies, inventory counting and related warehouse processes
6. Expertise in other related areas such as Batch management, Serial number management, Transportation route setup, Reporting, Queries etc.,
7. Experience in Lean and Full Warehouse Management and decentralized warehouse solutions like Extended Warehouse Management and 3PL warehouse integration etc.,
8. Procurement, Internal procurement. Inventory management, Goods receipt and Issue handling, Goods Issue via Outbound process, Physical Inventory and Cross Docking.
9. Inventory & Warehouse Management, Handling Unit Management, merchandise distribution, replenishment planning various P2P processes.
10. Experience in RF barcode scanner solution design and development for warehouse operations including hardware device setup of RF scanners and label printer.,
11. Integration Knowledge - Multiple SAP module such as Finance and Accounting, Inventory, warehouse Management and sales and distribution etc.,
12. Well versed in SAP Best Practice to accelerate delivery of SAP Projects and reduce Project cost.
13. Experience in carry out Fit gap analysis and Creating RICEF’s for business improvements, User exit and interface etc.,
14. Good Knowledge of EDI Interfaces of interfacing with Third Party Systems or with Principal.
15. Experience in suggesting solution automation in business process.
16. Support Experience of managing day to day IDOC monitoring, troubleshooting and adherence to SLAs for incidents.
17. Debugging skills on own to fix issue without any Technical team dependency.
18. Good Consulting Skills and should be able to independently handle business users and stakeholders.
19. Experience with external tools labeling requirement.
20. Worked in Multilanguage environment
21. Experienced in Customs Process and Taxation
22. Good experience in EDI Interfaces of interfacing with Third Party Systems or with Principal.
23. Experience in Micro service
24. Worked with middleware integration like Dell Boomi
