Description
As a SAP Manager at a Garment Manufacturing company in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, your role involves overseeing and managing all SAP operations across various functions. Your responsibilities include: - Understanding and optimizing the business flow and business blueprint in SAP modules, from production to sales. - Providing technical training to end users and managing SAP role level access to ensure data security guidelines are followed. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by SAP users, while implementing additional business processes through SAP to streamline operations. - Collaborating with business and technical teams to create and maintain articles in SAP, ensuring data accuracy. - Serving as the single point of contact for SAP-related issues and enhancement requests, coordinating with third-party vendors for system changes. - Managing a team of SAP support executives to meet SAP needs in compliance with quality standards. - Auditing data regularly to maintain consistency and accuracy, updating information as needed. - Tracking and resolving all SAP issues within defined service level agreements. - Documenting SAP activities for various functions to ensure transparency and understanding of day-to-day operations. - Implementing best practices to enhance team efficiency and deliverable quality, including the adoption of latest versions like S/4 HANA and analytical tools like Tableau. - Working with technical vendors for SAP integration with other systems and possessing good knowledge of SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, and FICO. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Over 10 years of experience in various SAP modules, including S/4 HANA implementation. - Proficiency in Excel and experience in managing SAP/ERP processes in Wholesale/Retail organizations in the apparel domain. - Ability to develop and implement data governance and standards, especially for Fashion and lifestyle products. - Knowledge and experience in managing data setup, governance, and maintenance processes. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present numerical data effectively. - Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with diverse audiences. - Understanding of SAP workflows in the garment industry and experience in SAP S4HANA implementation. - Experience in monitoring and enhancing SAP operations performance. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be offered a CTC salary of up to 7 lac per annum.
