Role Overview: As an AGM Finance & Accounts at the reputed Garment Company in Tiruppur, Tamilnadu, your primary role will involve managing various financial operations and overseeing the financial preparations and finalizations for the company. You will be responsible for coordinating with statutory auditors, planning and executing financial duties and projects, preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts, and ensuring financial stability. Additionally, you will be drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for regulatory authorities while managing financial risks within the business activities. Setting performance targets for financial objectives, compiling financial reports, overseeing month-end processes, and evaluating the financial performance of the organization will also be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Bank Operations, Export Operations, GST Filing and returns, and overseeing Financial Preparations and finalizations. - Coordinating with statutory auditors for P&L preparations. - Planning and executing financial duties and projects for the company. - Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure financial stability. - Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for regulatory authorities. - Managing financial risks within the business activities. - Setting performance targets for short and long-term financial objectives. - Compiling financial reports and overseeing month-end processes. - Reviewing procurement processes and approving purchase orders. - Monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and generating reports for the financial department. - Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments. Qualification Required: - Post Graduate in Finance - CA Inter desirable - SAP knowledge Additional Details: The company is seeking an individual with 15+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance, with expertise in SAP FICO and MM Modules. In terms of behavioral competencies, you are expected to: - Have excellent verbal communication skills. - Demonstrate trust and integrity effortlessly. - Be responsible and capable of working under pressure. - Manage multiple priorities without supervision. Language Skills: Ability to speak and read in English, Hindi, and Tamil is a must. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is 12 - 16 lac p.a.,
