Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a SAP Manager. The SAP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems to support business processes. Daily tasks include managing system configurations, resolving technical issues, overseeing upgrades, and ensuring seamless integration with other applications. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and operational efficiency through the effective use of SAP technology.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, or related modules, and deep understanding of ERP systems
• Experience in SAP configuration, implementation, and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and collaboration with teams
• In-depth knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, or inventory management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively across departments
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on optimizing processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or SAP certification would be advantageous
• Relevant experience in a FMCG environment is highly desirable
