As an AGM Finance & Accounts at the reputed Garment Company in Tiruppur, Tamilnadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Managing bank operations, export activities, GST filings and returns, and overseeing financial preparations and finalizations. - Coordinating with statutory auditors for P&L preparations. - Taking charge of planning and executing financial duties and projects within the company. - Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure the financial stability of the business. - Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities. - Managing financial risks associated with business activities. - Setting short and long-term financial objectives through performance targets. - Compiling financial reports and overseeing month-end processes. - Supervising procurement processes and approving purchase orders. - Monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department. - Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and assessing returns on investments. Qualifications required for this role include: - Post Graduate degree in Finance, CA Inter qualification is desirable, familiarity with SAP. You should possess over 15 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, along with working knowledge in SAP FICO and MM Modules. In terms of behavioral competencies, you are expected to: - Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills. - Demonstrate trust and integrity effortlessly. - Be responsible and capable of working under pressure. - Manage multiple priorities effectively without constant supervision. Additionally, being multi-lingual with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil is essential for this role. Please note that the CTC Salary offered for this position ranges from 12 to 16 lac per annum.
