Job Description

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP BTP SAP IBP CPI-DS and SAP ABAP Workflow. This hybrid role requires managing complex projects ensuring seamless integration and delivery of SAP solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of SAP projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Oversee the integration of SAP BTP and SAP IBP CPI-DS optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
Provide technical guidance on SAP ABAP Workflow ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues.
Monitor project progress adjusting plans as necessary to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging SAP technologies to enhance business processes.
Support change management efforts ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
Analyze project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Report on project status to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for attention.

Qualifications

Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP BTP and SAP IBP CPI-DS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP Workflow with the ability to design and implement complex workflows.
Exhibit excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.
