Role Description

CMA Dhananjay Jadhav

  • Service Entry Sheet (SES) creation and verification (ML81N)
  • Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order creation and amendment (ME51N / ME21N)
  • Bill booking and invoice verification (MIRO)
  • Cost center and internal order tracking (KSB1 / KOB1)
  • Budget vs Actual analysis and MIS reporting
  • Coordination with project, procurement, and finance teams
  • Maintaining package-wise documentation for vendor payments and audit compliance

structured SAP training and remote guidance


Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Cost Accounting
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in SAP HANA (FI/CO/MM)
  • Good Excel skills and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Based at Sanand/Ahmadabad for onsite work
