About The Opportunity

Primary title:

Location:Hyderabad,

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations and S/4HANA migrations: gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems (IMG), and drive workshops with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimise core FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO components (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis/COPA).
• Map business processes to SAP functionality, prepare detailed solution documents, and translate accounting requirements into config & master-data designs.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing; resolve issues, support data migration activities, and validate month-end/period-end closing flows.
• Deliver end-user training, create configuration and process documentation, and provide hypercare/post-go-live stabilization and support to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) and cross-functional leads (SD, MM, Treasury) to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 0-3 Years hands-on SAP FI/CO functional consulting experience, including at least one full implementation or S/4HANA migration.
• Strong configuration experience across FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Controlling (Cost Centers, Profitability/COPA).
• Proven track record in requirement gathering, process mapping, testing (unit/integration/UAT), and supporting month-end close activities.
• Working knowledge of SAP IMG, master-data design, and integration touchpoints with SD/MM and Treasury modules.
• Business-level communication skills, client-facing experience, and ability to run workshops and training sessions.
• SAP FICO global certification Must (Only fico module)
  

Preferred

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance (Simple Finance) and migration tools/approaches (Data Migration, LTMC, BODS familiarity).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, reporting (S/4 embedded analytics), and India-specific localization (GST, statutory reporting).
• SAP certification in FI/CO or prior consulting engagement with a global systems integrator or ERP services firm.
