SAP FICO – Manager

A unique opportunity to be a part of growing SAP Finance team that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency of the services delivered to Finance clients. You will be responsible for delivering SAP Finance solutions to support Deloitte Member Firms. Additional responsibilities include designing and deploying Account Payables and Vendor Invoice Management solutions.

• Provide ongoing support for Deloitte’s Core Finance Applications, focusing on SAP FICO Account Payables and Vendor Invoice Management.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions that address strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security needs.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Development, QA, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and fixes.
• Perform SAP FICO configuration tasks as required to support business processes and system changes.
• Provide daily operational support for Core SAP Finance, including timely and consistent resolution of third-level support issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials.
• Liaise with the learning group to contribute to training content.
• Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
• Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA, MCA, or equivalent.
• 12–14 years of experience as an SAP FICO Technical Delivery Manager.
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration, including Account Payables and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) modules in IMG, based on business requirements.
• Completed 1–2 end-to-end FI/CO implementations in SAP S/4HANA.
• Working knowledge of Account Payables and VIM/IES.
• Experience with setting up batch jobs as needed.
• Knowledge of Period End and Year End Closing processes, with ability to support business users in these areas.
• Ability to analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and maintain data mapping documents for interfaces and conversions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts in non-technical terms.

Preferred:

1. SAP S4/HANA FICO with specialization in Account Payables and Vendor Invoice Management.

2. End-End Implementation experience in SAP S4/HANA as SAP FICO Specialist
