We are actively hiring for our esteemed client into a public sector Company which is having presence in manufacturing as well as service sectors, with a consistent track record of growth and profitability. Job Title: Assistant Manager – FICO Functional Location: Kolkata Key Responsibilities: 1. Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for finance-related processes. 2. Prepare high-quality functional specifications to meet business objectives. 3. Review, understand, and map existing finance business processes with SAP S/4HANA functionality. 4. Design and execute test cases for Unit, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 5. Coordinate end-to-end testing and defect resolution in collaboration with technical and business teams. 6. Ensure accurate status reporting and timely communication on deliverables and risks. 7. Create user manuals and other training documentation. 8. Provide post-go-live functional support and issue resolution in SAP S/4HANA Finance. 9. Conduct or support user training and onboarding activities. 10. Analyze and resolve defects, support tickets, and change requests effectively. 11. Maintain system documentation aligned with process and system updates. Experience & Skills Required:  Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, in either implementation or support projects.  Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  Basic to intermediate understanding of ABAP for functional debugging and coordination with technical teams.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Good communication skills for interacting with business users and cross-functional teams. Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following:  Full-time Engineering degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Telecommunication,  OR Chartered Accountant (CA),  OR MCA,  OR 2-year MBA / Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Management (Finance) Show more Show less
