We are an Upper Austrian family business with 7,400 employees worldwide and a leader in the manufacture of injection molding machines and their automation. As a machine manufacturer, we develop solutions for resource-conserving and energy-efficient plastics processing. Based at our headquarters, our 100-strong team develops the group-wide business applications, infrastructure, client service and IT security.

What you can expect

As a new member of the currently four-person IT team "Finance & Accounting," you will be trained in the processes and projects of the accounting, controlling, and finance departments. Step by step, you will take on the following tasks:

• Taking over maintenance tasks after successful training in the SAP FI/CO system as well as other applications such as the electronic invoice entry process (FIS), payment security/treasury/collections management (Serrala), etc.
• Participating in international project implementations and leading subprojects.
• Designing and reviewing change requests from departments for feasibility, process impact, and cost-effectiveness.
• Providing advice on system adjustments, including documenting all settings and performing quality assurance measures (e.g. functional or integration tests)
• Continuously developing the existing SAP system in the headquarter, as well as rollouts or implementations of SAP processes in our global subsidiaries.

✔️ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in

Experience as an IT in-house consultant in SAP FI/CO or related financial systems

SAP FI/CO modules

SAP S/4HANA Finance

accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), taxation (GST/VAT), and financial compliance

Technical & Soft Skills:

✔️ Strong

analyze financial processes

data migration, financial reporting, and integration with SAP MM/SD

German and/or English

team-focused personality

Skills:

  ✔ Experience in

  SAP Fiori & UI5

  ✔ Basic ABAP debugging skills✔ Knowledge of

  cloud-based SAP solutions
