What you can expect As a new member of the currently four-person IT team "Finance & Accounting," you will be trained in the processes and projects of the accounting, controlling, and finance departments. Step by step, you will take on the following tasks: Taking over maintenance tasks after successful training in the SAP FI/CO system as well as other applications such as the electronic invoice entry process (FIS), payment security/treasury/collections management (Serrala), etc. Participating in international project implementations and leading subprojects. Designing and reviewing change requests from departments for feasibility, process impact, and cost-effectiveness. Providing advice on system adjustments, including documenting all settings and performing quality assurance measures (e.g. functional or integration tests) Continuously developing the existing SAP system in the headquarter, as well as rollouts or implementations of SAP processes in our global subsidiaries.
