At ENGEL, we are looking for passionate and technology-driven Trainee Engineer to join our service team. YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN : Assist in installation of new machines at client sites Support the service team in conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance Learn to troubleshoot technical issues Maintain proper documentation of service activities Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support Engage with customers professionally to understand their concerns and provide basic support WHAT WILL THE TRAINEE GAIN : Mentorship from experienced engineers Exposure to world-class technology in the plastic industry Structured on-the-job training Opportunity for long-term career development with a global company Exposure to travel and networking Performance feedback and regular guidance sessions Location : Pune / Bengaluru Eligibility : B.E or Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) Experience : Minimum 1 year Type : Full-time Trainee Period : 18 months Candidate should be based in Pune/Bengaluru and must be comfortable communicating in the local language.
