Role: Backend engineer (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Gurugram (Remote)

SAP SuccessFactors , Global Benefits

Duties:

1. Lead the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large organizations

   , ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their

   global benefits needs, conduct workshops, and design solutions

   tailored to their requirements.
3. Configure and customize SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules, including

   benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and integrations with third-party vendors.

4. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate global benefits configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Provide expertise and guidance on global benefits best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams.
6. Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits solutions.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams,

   including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors

   , to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.
8. Provide ongoing

   support and maintenance for SuccessFactors Global Benefits configurations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements

9. Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
10. Stay informed about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize benefits administration processes.

Skills:

SAP Successfactors Global Benefits

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer, AWS Certified Developer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are preferred.
