1.) SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support full-cycle

  SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation projects,

  from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Analyze client finance business processes and map them to

  SAP FICO functionalities.

• Configure and customize core modules:
• -

  FI: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting

• - CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA
• Leverage finance domain knowledge to provide practical and value-driven SAP solutions.
• Support integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PS, and HCM.
• Work on data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and corporate policies.
• Prepare functional specifications for

  RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions,

  Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

2.) SAP S/4HANA WMS

Required Experience- 6-8 Years

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA WMS Consultant with 5–7 years of experience in Warehouse Management implementations, including at least one end-to-end S/4HANA project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse logistics processes and expertise in configuring and deploying SAP WM in the S/4HANA environment. A background in supply chain or logistics domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA WMS implementation

AP WM in S/4HANA.

· Configure key components including inbound/outbound processes, putaway/picking strategies, physical inventory, and handling units (HUs).

WM or decentralized EWM setups in S/4HANA

· Support integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM modules for smooth logistics operations.

· Handle RF integration, barcode scanning, and warehouse automation tools.

· Participate in cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live support.

RICEFW

· Provide end-user training and develop process documentation.

Required Skills

· 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.

· Deep understanding of warehouse operations and SAP logistics execution processes.

· Experience in configuring SAP WM within the S/4HANA environment (1709 or later).

· Proficiency in configuring warehouse structure, movement types, strategies, and inventory control.

· Understanding of integration with other logistics and supply chain modules (MM, SD, PP, TM).

· Strong domain expertise in supply chain or warehouse management.

· Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile.
