Job Description: SAP Consultant – C4C/CRM

Remotely – Full time – Immediate hiring

Position Overview

The SAP Consultant – C4C/CRM is responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. This role ensures that CRM capabilities are optimized to meet business requirements and are fully integrated with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP Commerce, and third-party applications. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists to deliver stable, scalable, and user-friendly CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP C4C / CRM Implementation

  • Lead or support the implementation of SAP C4C/CRM modules (Sales, Service, Field Services).
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Configure standard CRM functionalities including accounts, leads, opportunities, service tickets, activities, workflows, and analytics.
  • Customize objects, layouts, personalization, and business rules to match business needs.

2. Customization & Functional Enhancements

  • Design and implement custom logic using SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK/PDI).
  • Build custom workflows, validations, and extension fields.
  • Support UI enhancements, custom screens, and role-based access configuration.
  • Optimize CRM processes for performance, usability, and reliability.

3. Integration & Data Management

  • Ensure end-to-end integration of SAP C4C/CRM with SAP ERP, SAP Commerce, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems.
  • Work with integration technologies such as SOAP, OData, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and middleware.
  • Support data migration, data quality validation, and synchronization activities.

4. Testing & Deployment

  • Develop functional test cases and support SIT/UAT cycles.
  • Validate integrations, workflows, and custom developments.
  • Assist in release management, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.

5. Support, Training & Documentation

  • Provide post-implementation support for CRM applications, troubleshooting functional and integration issues.
  • Conduct user training, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Prepare documentation including configuration guides, functional specs, and process flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of SAP C4C/CRM Sales, Service, and Field Service processes.
  • Experience with Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Case/Service Ticket handling, Activities, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Familiarity with service contracts, work tickets, field service scheduling, and mobile CRM.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP C4C SDK / PDI developments
  • SAP CPI (or similar integration middleware)
  • OData/SOAP APIs
  • Workflow configuration and business rules
  • Experience with data migration tools (Data Workbench, templates, and mapping).
  • Understanding of integration with SAP Commerce or SAP ERP modules is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in SAP C4C/CRM implementations.
  • Experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle CRM projects.
  • Background in Customer Service or Sales business processes is highly preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP CRM Functional Certification (optional)
  • Agile/Scrum Certification (optional but valuable)

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Arabic is a plus
