Job Description

Role: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant

Location: Pune/Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

Sr. Functional Analyst (with Ariba Experience)

SAP MM & SCM:

  • Lead configuration and implementation of SAP MM and SCM modules.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP SD, PP, and FICO.
  • Manage data migration, system enhancements, and performance tuning.

SAP Ariba:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle).
  • Integrate Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other enterprise systems.
  • Drive supplier enablement and catalog management processes.
  • Monitor and resolve Ariba-related incidents and enhancements.

Functional Leadership:

  • Conduct business requirement workshops and blueprinting sessions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Lead UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business, or IT.
  • 14+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in MM, SCM, and Ariba.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations and global rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with integration technologies (IDoc, ALE, EDI, PI/PO).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • SAP Ariba Certification
  • SAP MM/SCM Certification
  • PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification
