Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent client experiences. The role requires strong leadership, sales, and organizational skills to drive business growth while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day salon operations, staff scheduling, and client appointments. Supervise and motivate hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff. Ensure outstanding customer service and handle client concerns professionally. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels. Drive sales through promotions, membership packages, and upselling services. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards. Track revenue, expenses, and prepare performance reports for management. Recruit, train, and develop salon staff to enhance skills and service quality. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of salon services, products, and beauty industry trends.
