Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of beauty professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, optimizing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a mix of leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

Recruit, train, and onboard new salon staff (beauticians, stylists, front desk, etc.)

Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance and punctuality

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews

Handle conflict resolution and ensure staff maintain high service standards

2. Client Service:

Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction

Address client feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally

Maintain a client-first environment and encourage repeat business

3. Operations Management:

Oversee daily salon operations including opening and closing duties

Monitor inventory and place orders for products and supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations

Maintain accurate records (sales, expenses, staff performance, etc.)

4. Sales & Revenue:

Promote salon services and retail products to increase revenue

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and take initiatives to meet targets

Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs

5. Reporting:

Provide regular reports to the management regarding performance, issues, and updates

Maintain proper documentation of staff attendance, client visits, and financial records

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a salon manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty industry

Good knowledge of beauty treatments, hair, skin, and spa services

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficient in using salon software or POS systems

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in beauty management or cosmetology is a plus
