Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Promote and sell beauty courses, workshops, and training programs offered by the institute.

Meet or exceed sales targets through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the institute's offerings, curriculum, pricing, and competitive advantages.

Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the institute.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.


Qualifications and Skills:


Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or beauty industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Professional appearance and a passion for the beauty industry.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
