Preferred Candidate: Female
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a high level of customer satisfaction.- Manage the team, including stylists, beauticians, and support staff, to maintain high service standards.- Ensure the salon remains clean, and well-organized, and adheres to hygiene and safety protocols.- Handle client appointments, resolve queries, and address complaints effectively.- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational efficiency.- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.- Maintain open communication with the owner, providing regular updates on salon performance and staff matters.Requirements:- Prior experience in a salon or hospitality management role is preferred.- Strong organizational and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Proficient in basic computer applications for managing bookings and reporting.Salary: Competitive, based on experience
