The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in all financial reporting. Tasks include bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in financial management software and tools Skills in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting Experience in budget management, auditing, and compliance with financial regulations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in the salon or service industry is a plus
