Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Staff Management: The Person Should Have Atleast 2-5 Years Of Experience In Salon Industry & Also Are Aware About The Employee Portals ( GreytHR) & Client Portal ( Zenoti) Lead, motivate, and manage salon staff including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists. Ensure staff training and development to maintain high service standards. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Handle staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Operations & Workflow Management: Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Manage inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained. Implement and monitor health and safety standards in the salon. Handle client appointments, ensuring optimal booking and minimal wait times. Customer Service & Satisfaction: Ensure clients receive high-quality services and have an exceptional salon experience. Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Foster a positive, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the salon. Financial Management & Reporting : Monitor salon sales and assist in meeting monthly revenue targets. Manage the salon’s budget, including overseeing expenses and ordering supplies. Prepare and present regular reports on salon performance, client feedback, and staff performance. Marketing & Business Development: Implement promotional campaigns and client retention programs. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive salon visibility and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Compliance & Administration: Ensure the salon operates in compliance with relevant industry regulations and licensing. Maintain up-to-date client records and manage salon documentation. Handle payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation. Qualifications & Skills : Proven experience in salon management or in a similar supervisory role in the beauty industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, payroll, and scheduling. Solid understanding of the beauty industry, including current trends and best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in using salon management software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems). Certification or training in salon management or related fields is a plus. Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
