Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. This role is ideal for both freshers with strong communication skills and confidence, as well as experienced professionals who understand salon management. The ideal candidate must be highly presentable, organised, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth operational functioning. Customer Experience & Communication Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional attitude. Communicate services, packages, pricing, offers, and memberships with excellent pitching skills. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with prompt resolution. Ensure a positive and memorable customer journey from entry to exit. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ambiance throughout the salon. Sales & Revenue Management Promote in-house services, beauty packages, and membership plans to maximize revenue. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to upselling/cross-selling initiatives. Track daily sales, prepare basic MIS reports, and monitor product inventory. Operational Management Oversee day-to-day salon activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and support staff to maintain quality service delivery. Ensure appointments are scheduled and managed effectively. Maintain stock of salon supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. Team Leadership Motivate and guide salon staff towards achieving customer service and sales goals. Monitor staff performance, punctuality, and professional behavior. Assist in training new staff on customer communication and service standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Freshers or experienced candidates can apply. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion/pitching skills. Strong people-management and coordination abilities. Basic understanding of salon services (training will be provided for freshers). Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage customer expectations professionally. Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality. Basic computer skills for billing and reporting. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Prior experience in a salon, spa, wellness center, retail, or customer service role. Experience in sales, customer handling, or hospitality is an added advantage.
