Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality beauty services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and motivate staff, including stylists, beauticians, and front desk team.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, product orders, and stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the salon.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Plan and execute promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, billing, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of salon operations and beauty services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS, scheduling software).
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology (Optional).
• Minimum 2–4 years of salon industry experience.
