Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Salon Manager. The Salon Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising various beauty services, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality results. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training team members, ensuring adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cosmetology and Hair Care to oversee and support salon services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
• Experience in Hiring and managing a team of beauty professionals
• Organizational and leadership abilities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Knowledge of industry trends and practices to maintain excellence in services
• Background in the beauty and wellness industry is preferred
• Professional certification in cosmetology or related fields is a plus
