We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensuring customer satisfaction, team productivity, and overall salon profitability. You should have a passion for the beauty industry, strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and customer service.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate salon staff to achieve sales and service goals.
Ensure all clients receive top-quality service in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of hair, skin, and beauty services.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Additional Information:
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
