Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Jewellery Brand

Location: Omaxe Chandni Chowk Road, Old Delhi

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the store.

Supervise and guide sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service.

Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Monitor inventory levels, stock display, and coordinate with backend teams for replenishment.

Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand standards.

Assist in training, motivating, and performance management of the sales team.

Generate sales reports and share insights for business growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business, Retail, or a related field (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in retail luxury jewellery

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Customer-centric with excellent problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of billing/CRM software.
