You will be joining Trimy Tones Ventures Private Limited as a Luxury Salon Manager in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, supervise the staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards in cosmetology and hair care services. Your role will also include recruiting new team members and collaborating with the marketing and operations departments to drive the success of the business. To excel in this role, you should possess cosmetology and hair care skills, outstanding communication and customer service abilities, experience in staff recruitment and management, strong organizational and leadership qualities, and ideally, a proven track record in salon management. Holding relevant certifications in cosmetology or related fields will be advantageous.
