Salary: ₹20,000.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Spa Manager / Female Receptionist to join our team at Kondapur Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and customer service, with hands-on experience in managing front desk operations, client bookings, and day-to-day spa coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to ensure a welcoming and relaxing experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage bookings and scheduling of spa services
• Handle incoming calls and client inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance at the reception area
• Coordinate with therapists and ensure timely service delivery
• Keep records of customer visits, billing, and feedback

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge for handling appointment software
• Prior spa or front desk experience is a plus
• Pleasant personality and customer service orientation
