You will lead strategy, execution, optimization, and team coordination for digital campaigns focused on real estate, IT, and service-based businesses. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads , Meta Ads , LinkedIn , and more Plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic and lead generation Lead client communication , understand their goals, and translate them into digital strategy Oversee team management , assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders Manage social media channels, content schedules, and community engagement Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, and conversion data Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages Manage and execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital marketing Skills Required Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads , Meta Ads Manager , SEO , and GA4 Knowledge of campaign performance analysis , reporting , and lead funnel tracking Experience in team leadership and handling cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, SEMrush , etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Strong analytical, time-management, and project coordination abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
