Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in New Delhi and jaipur The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting life insurance products. Daily tasks include meeting clients to understand their needs, providing product recommendations, negotiating terms, closing sales, and ensuring excellent post-sale service. The successful candidate will also work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Life Insurance Products, including term plans, health insurance, and retirement solutions
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
