JOB OPENING – SALES PERSON (ICE CREAM PARLOUR)

About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Person for our Ice Cream Parlour. The role involves direct customer interaction, product selling, billing, and maintaining hygiene and service standards to ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting ice cream flavors, desserts, and beverages.
• Promote products, special offers, and combo deals to maximize sales.
• Serve food and beverages as per portion control and quality standards.
• Handle billing and payment transactions (cash, UPI, card) accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counter, and display freezers.
• Follow FSSAI guidelines for storage, handling, and food safety.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Outlet Manager.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
• Support outlet opening and closing procedures as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years in Food & Beverages.
• Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year and maximum 4 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in ice cream parlours, cafés, bakeries, or QSR outlets is preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with upselling ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Band: Up to ₹2.40 LPA (CTC), based on experience and performance.
• Additional benefits traveling and the refreshment.

Work Conditions

• Shift-based duties (including weekends and holidays, if required).
• Standing for extended hours and working near cold storage/freezers.
• High customer interaction during peak business hours.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly sales achievement (minimum target: ₹3 LPA annually contribution).
• Upselling and add-on sales performance.
• Hygiene and food safety audit scores.
• Customer feedback and repeat customer count.
• Attendance & punctuality.

Role Customization

Junior Sales Person

• Experience: 1–2 years
• Focus: Customer handling, serving, billing, hygiene
• Salary: Entry-level within the approved band
• Close supervision and on-the-job training

Senior Sales Person

• Experience: 3–4 years
• Focus: Sales targets, upselling, customer retention.
• Additional Responsibility: Stock coordination and junior staff guidance.

Franchise Outlet Sales Person

• Experience: 1–4 years
• Focus: Sales performance, brand standards, customer satisfaction

Additional Information

• Candidates must be well-groomed and maintain hygiene standards.
• Local candidates from Prayagraj may be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
