Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salesperson located in Jaipur, India. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry, explaining product features, and creating a welcoming customer experience. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, managing stock inventory, handling transactions, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Sales skills, including knowledge of jewelry products and experience in achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse clientele.
• Basic inventory management and transaction execution skills, including attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well in a team or independently.
• Relevant sales or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge or interest in jewelry or precious stones is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management or customer service are a plus.
