The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry, explaining product features, and creating a welcoming customer experience. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, managing stock inventory, handling transactions, and maintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store. Qualifications Customer service and relationship-building skills to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Sales skills, including knowledge of jewelry products and experience in achieving sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse clientele. Basic inventory management and transaction execution skills, including attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well in a team or independently. Relevant sales or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge or interest in jewelry or precious stones is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail management or customer service are a plus.
