Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Welcome Decoraters, based in Durg. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, and fostering lasting client relationships. Daily duties include meeting sales targets, attending to inquiries, providing product recommendations, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordination with team members to meet organizational goals and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs Sales and marketing expertise to promote products and achieve sales targets Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Organizational skills to manage sales records and collaborate with team members Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and close sales Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory Basic knowledge of decor products and services is an advantage
