The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential leads, and presenting the company's products and services to prospective customers. The responsibilities also include negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs. Additionally, the role may involve creating sales strategies and working closely with the marketing team to promote new solutions. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and client acquisition Knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, and negotiation techniques Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications Experience in architecture, engineering, or related industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
