Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Guwahati. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting MEIRA FOODS products, and meeting defined sales targets. Additional duties include maintaining customer relationships, creating sales reports, collaborating with the sales team, and staying informed about market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Time management, goal-oriented mindset, and organizational skills
• Experience in retail, food, or FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and English is preferred
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous)
