Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Business Heas located in North Karnataka ( Belgaum, Chikodi, Bidar, Bellary). The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution of life insurance products with Canara Bank as a Channel Partner, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Sales and marketing experience in the insurance industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and market trends Proven track record of achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Knowledge of insurance products and regulations Certification in insurance or management is a plus
