Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Navi Mumbai. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets, driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and evaluating market conditions to implement effective strategies. The Cluster Manager will ensure operational efficiency, training team members, and collaborating with lending partners. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial policies and contributing to achieving the company's vision. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively. Expertise in financial services, including Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Commercial Property Loans. Market analysis and strategic planning skills to drive business growth and meet targets. Exceptional customer relationship management and communication skills. Experience in working with multiple lending partners and understanding loan processes. Proficiency in organizing and conducting training programs to develop team capabilities. Proven ability to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with financial regulations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in retail or business banking is a strong advantage.
