Cluster Manager

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the gold loan business across all branches in coordination with Area Managers, Territory Manager, Branch team, Direct sales team, and gold loan executives. You will manage multiple districts within a region, adjusting sales goals and procedures accordingly. Your role will involve recommending product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
