Years of experience needed
- Overall, 10-12 years of experience on Project Management
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working on Salesforce CRM projects

- Sales, Service, Financial Service, Health & Experience Clouds.
- Working experience with LWC, Apex, Lightning and Salesforce development and deployment tools.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Strategy
- Define Scope and Objectives: Work with stakeholders to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop Project Plan: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and communication.
- Manage Expectations: Set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Technical Oversight
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the project adheres to best practices and Salesforce standards.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed.
4. Project Execution
- Coordinate Activities: Coordinate the efforts of project team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor Progress: Track project progress against the plan, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
5. Resource Management
- Team Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, tools, and budget.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants if external expertise is required.
6. Reporting and Documentation
- Status Reports: Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, and configurations.
7. Change Management
- Handle Changes: Manage change requests and ensure they are assessed, documented, and communicated effectively.
- Adaptation: Adapt project plans and strategies based on changes in scope or new information.
8. Training and Support
- User Training: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure they are comfortable with the new Salesforce implementation.
- Support: Provide post-implementation support and address any issues or questions that arise after the project goes live.
9. Compliance and Governance
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the project adheres to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
- Governance: Implement governance practices to ensure the project aligns with organizational policies and Salesforce best practices.
10. Staffing & Recruitment
- Understand the nature of resource requirements from the customer or Account teams.
- Work with Talent Acquisition team for fulfilment of the positions.
- Responsible for onboarding the resources on customer systems and environments.
In essence, a Salesforce Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning and execution to delivery and support, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
