Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in the design, development, and implementation of secure and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical design documents and user stories.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using

  OmniStudio,

  Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
• Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage release planning and deployment processes using tools like Git, Copado, or Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PSS functionality and custom development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Solid experience with

  Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

  .
• Omni studio knowledge would be good to have.
• Proven experience in a technical lead or senior developer role, leading a team of developers.
• Proficiency in

  Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
• Strong understanding of declarative tools, platform security, and data modeling.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or II are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
