Salesforce Technical Architect

Work Mode:

An experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who should be able to manage and guide the team in establishing a governance framework to ensure a trustworthy, scalable, and sustainable Salesforce org that maintains high standards in performance, scalability, and security. Key initiatives include data governance, org monitoring, configuration and customizations, release management, and more. This role is ideal for a strategic thought leader with technical expertise in the Salesforce platform, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and providing technical oversight to team members. The individual will collaborate across multiple SCRUM teams to ensure that all governance objectives and key initiatives are successfully adopted and evangelized.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Strategic Initiative :

  Define strategic roadmap for the team, person should be able to extrapolate and convert ideas and themes into project roadmap from governance aspect

• Backlog Management :

  Prepare the backlog based on current and future governance needs regarding data governance, security, org monitoring, configuration and customizations, release management, and more. Define objectives and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize backlog items

• Quarterly and Sprint Planning :

  Lead quarterly planning activities, define work items, and align team resources based on availability. Break down quarterly goals into actionable sprint tasks and manage deliverables

• Technical Design and Architecture Guidance :

  Participate in design and architecture discussions, providing technical guidance and support to team members to ensure solutions align with governance and technical standards. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members

• Delivery :

  Oversee the daily progress of sprint deliverables, remove blockers, and ensure smooth handoff of completed work items. Conduct technical and functional reviews and manage development, quality assurance and deployment activities. Mentors the team members to meet the sprint objectives

• Documentation and Reporting :

  Create clear, concise reports and presentation decks for leadership and cross-functional reviews
