Job Description

As a highly accomplished and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect, your role will involve spearheading solutioning, pre-sales, and go-to-market initiatives. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce, you will craft compelling solutions for clients, drive successful sales engagements, and contribute to the overall market strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead the solution design process for new business opportunities, translating client needs into innovative Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce platforms. - Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with client objectives and technical landscapes. - Define the technical vision, data models, integration strategies, customization approaches, and deployment plans. - Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales, collaborating with sales teams to develop winning strategies. - Develop tailored solution proposals, statements of work, and pricing estimates. - Contribute to the creation of sales collateral and participate in client presentations and RFP/RFI responses. - Contribute to the development and refinement of Salesforce & AI go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing teams to create impactful content. - Stay updated on Salesforce product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform solution offerings. - Collaborate with delivery teams, provide technical guidance, and contribute to internal knowledge assets related to Salesforce solutioning. Qualifications required for the role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Relevant Salesforce Consultant certifications. - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on solution architecture and pre-sales. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, including various Salesforce features and clouds. - Proven track record of successfully architecting complex Salesforce solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and developing detailed solution proposals. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills include experience with industry verticals, other CRM systems, Agentforce, AI & Salesforce Einstein features, integration tools, project management methodologies, and pricing models for Salesforce implementations.,
